Terms and Conditions

The promotional code is only valid for use between 00:01 on 24th March 2025 and 23:59 on 31st July 2025, as stated on the promotional materials.
The promotional code must be entered at the time of purchase. It cannot be applied retrospectively.
The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code, discount, or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated.
The promotional code is only valid on specific products, as detailed in the promotional materials.
The promotional code applies to base policy pricing only.
The promotional code is not valid and will not be applied to:
- Any medical screening premiums.
We reserve the right to decline orders where, in our reasonable opinion, the promotional code is invalid or has been misused.
Only one promotional code can be used per order, per customer..
In the event of a refund, you will be reimbursed the amount paid after any promotional discount was applied. Refunds will not be issued for the full recommended retail price (RRP).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Voyager Insurance Services Ltd., their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The promotional period runs from 00:01 on 24th March 2025 until 23:59 on 31st July 2025.
There will be three (3) prize draws each calendar month during this period.

Purchase Route: Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they purchase a qualifying Voyager Plus Travel Insurance policy during the promotional period.
Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary): To enter the prize draw without making a purchase, send an email with your full name and telephone number to marketing@voyagerins.com with the subject line: Voyager Plus Spring/Summer Prize Draw.

- Only entries submitted with the exact subject line stated above will be accepted

- Free entries must be received by 23:59 on the last day of each calendar month to be included in that month’s draw.

- Only one (1) free entry per person, per month is permitted.

- Bulk entries, third-party entries, or entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

Three (3) winners will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries received during that calendar month.
Each winner will receive £100 in vouchers. The type of vouchers will be specified by Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. and is subject to availability.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winners will be selected at random within seven (7) days of the end of each month.
Winners will be notified by email or telephone within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or withdraw the promotion, at any time without prior notice.
Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries.
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data supplied in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, including the publication of their first name and county on Voyager Insurance Services Ltd.’s website and/or social media channels.
